Related International Instruments

There are a series of International Instruments and bodies that are relevant to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. For ease of navigation they have been divided into four categories:

• Related disarmament resolutions and decisions (including United Nations General Assemby resolutions).
• Security Conventions (including the 1925 Geneva Protocol and the Chemical Weapons Convention).
• Environmental Conventions (including the Convention of Biological Diversity and its Protocol on BioSafety.)
• International Human, Animal and Plant Health Organizations (including the World Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, and the Office International Epizooties.)
